The Law Offices of Christopher A. Spedding concentrates primarily on commercial and business law with an emphasis in transactional work involving real estate, franchiser/franchisee relations, corporate buy/sells (acquisitions and mergers), equine law including breeding agreements and syndication agreements, consumer law and auto law.
We provide litigation services for clients involved in disputes with, among others, vendors, suppliers, manufacturers and regulatory agencies. Mr. Spedding is highly experienced in all of the above, as they pertain to the retail automobile sales and service industry.
We also provide defense litigation services for clients charged with various criminal offenses in state and federal court. Our office will defend individuals charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses during all stages of the proceedings, as well as provide defense services for clients regarding bond reduction and those facing sentencing, shock probation, probation revocation, parole revocation and other post conviction issues including expungements.
